You can delete your Learners Test UAE account and the data linked to it at any time, in the app or by email. You do not need an account to use the app: if you never signed in, we hold no data about you on our servers.
Option 1: in the app
- Open Learners Test UAE and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and cloud data are deleted straight away.
Option 2: by email
- Email blue0orbit@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my data”.
- Send it from your account's email address if you can, and say whether you signed in with Google or with email and password.
- We may ask you to confirm the request from that address. We delete your data and confirm by email within 30 days.
Never send us your password. We will never ask for it.
What we delete
- Your sign-in account: email address, name (with Google sign-in) and account ID
- Your synced progress and saved questions for every licence
- Your profile and your study-email choice
What is kept, and for how long
- Progress stored on your phone stays until you clear the app's data or uninstall it.
- If Android backup is on, a copy of the app's data stays in your Google account backup until you delete it there.
- Analytics data (only if you turned it on): up to 14 months. Crash reports: 90 days.
- Your Pro purchase record stays with Google Play, which keeps it under its own policy. Deleting your account does not refund Pro.
- Ad data is kept by Google and Unity under their own policies.
- Our emails about your request are kept as a record that we handled it.
- Any remaining copies in Google's backup systems are removed on Google's normal schedule.
If you keep your account but stop using it, we may delete it, together with its synced progress, once it has not been used for 24 months.
Delete some data without deleting your account
- Turn off analytics and crash reports in Settings.
- Stop study emails with the unsubscribe link in any study email.
- Change your ad choices under Ad privacy choices in Settings.
- To delete specific data, such as your progress for one licence, email us and say what you want deleted.
